wish to apply for membership to the Pointe-A-Pierre Golf Club Limited ("PAPGCL").

​

As conditions for my membership, I hereby agree to pay the fees set out below and abide by the By-Laws of PAPGCL, a copy of which I acknowledge receipt of, and all other rules and conditions concerning membership and play, which PAPGCL may make and impose from time to time.

FEES

• Application Fee: I agree to pay the one-time application fee of TT$125.00

• Membership Subscription Fee: I agree to pay the annual membership subscription fee of TT$2700.00 either annually (before January 01 of the respective year) or bi-annually (before January 01 and June 30 of the respective year). 

  • Juniors under 18 years old subscription $0.00

  • Fees paid within the year will be pro-rated by monthly amount of TT$225.00 accordingly

MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS (APPLICABLE TO ADULT MEMBERS ONLY)

• I hereby acknowledge and agree that upon acceptance of my membership and payment of the membership subscription fee, PAPGCL will issue one redeemable share in the Company to me.

• This redeemable share will be automatically surrendered to PAPGCL, at no cost to the Company upon the cessation of my membership with PAPGCL.

INDEMNIFICATION, WAIVER AND RELEASE

• I acknowledge that there are risks inherent in participating in the game of golf.

• I agree to release PAPGCL from any liability from personal injury, property damage or loss sustained by me, including injury resulting in death and any financial loss or damage directly or indirectly resulting from my activities or participation in events at PAPGCL.

• I further waive as against PAPGCL all claims, recourses and rights of action that I may have against PAPGCL as a result of such personal injury, property damage or loss.

• I hereby agree to indemnify PAPGCL from any liability whatsoever from personal injury, property damage or loss sustained by any third party, including injury resulting in death and any financial loss or damage directly or indirectly, resulting from and/or caused by my activities or participation in events at PAPGCL.

• I hereby agree to compensate PAPGCL in respect of any damage and loss caused to PAPGCL resulting from and/or caused by my activities or participation in events at PAPGCL.

• I agree that this Waiver, Release and Indemnity Agreement shall not be affected by any negligence, gross negligence, breach of contract or any other conduct on the part of PAPGCL.

• I acknowledge that I have read this Waiver, Release and Indemnity Agreement and understand and accept the contents hereof.

• In the event that any supervision herein contained is deemed to be unenforceable and/or invalid that the provisions shall be severable from the whole of the document and shall not accept the validity and enforceability of the other provisions and the document as a whole.
