Zaid Khan

IN-CORR-TECH LIMITED (I.C.T.), a leader in inspection, metallurgy, engineering design and quality control services, was founded by local entrepreneur, MR. ZAID KHAN. The company has been under his leadership as President since its inception in 1990 and in September of 2016 celebrated 25 years as a professional inspection, engineering and design organisation. Coming from an inspection and engineering design background with Texaco, now, Petrotrin, Mr. Zaid Khan had the foresight twenty seven (27) years ago to develop an inspection service and engineering design company for the Energy and Construction Sectors. Today, In-Corr-Tech has become the preferred third party inspection service company in Trinidad and Tobago and the wider Caribbean, having a reputation second to none. In-Corr-Tech earned its track record through diligence, technical capability, competence, training, adoption of International Standards and Best Practice methodologies. Mr. Khan has a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the West Indies and is API 510 and API 570 Certified, ASNT Level III, AWS CWI and an OSHA Licensed Examiner for Hoists, Lifts and Boilers. Along with Vice Presidents: Mrs. Saira Harricharan, Mr. Riza Khan, Mr. Riyad Khan and dedicated workers, Mr. Zaid Khan has developed a thriving and profitable company, with pension plans, medical plans and housing plans available for all employees.

Riza Khan

MR. RIZA KHAN is the Vice President responsible for Engineering, Design, Inspection & Business Development. Mr. Riza Khan's responsibilities include new Construction Certification for Boilers & Pressure Vessels per ASME I and VIII, as well as their repairs to the NBIC. Mr. Khan also performs audits for fabrication workshops seeking to become ASME Certificate holders as an ASME Authorised Inspector (AI) . Riza has 16 years experience in various disciplines such as Design/Inspection Engineering, conventional and advanced NDE, Metallurgy, Failure Analysis and Corrosion. Riza provides consultancy services in these areas and ASME/API code related issues for the oil, gas, power and petrochemical industries in Trinidad and regionally. He holds a BSc. in Mechanical Engineering (2000) from UWI and a MSc. in Engineering Materials & Failure Analysis (2008) from the University of Nottingham (UK), specialising in the modelling of fatigue crack propagation using Finite Element Analysis (FEA). Over the years, he has obtained other certifications such as API 510, 570, AWS CWI, ASNT II and is also currently an OSHA Licensed Examiner for Boilers, Hoists and Pressure Vessels and part-time Lecturer at the University of The West Indies (UWI), St. Augustine.

Inspection, Design, Engineering & Business Development

MR. RIYAD KHAN, Vice President - Finance, Business Development , Inspection, Research & Training has been instrumental in leading recent growth of the company. Riyad has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Western Ontario and is ASNT NDT Level III, API 510,570,653, AWS CWI, ASQ CQE, NACE
CIP2 certified. He has a combined 16 years in commercial/corporate banking, NDT and inspection engineering. Riyad is also an International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) alumnus - ('A New Beginning:
Entrepreneurship & Business Innovation'' hosted by the United States Department of State. In-Corr-Tech has forayed successfully into providing Control of Temporary Equipment services for clients; ensuring that vendor supplied equipment is fit for purpose prior to client delivery. Under his direction, a robust in-house
peer-recognised Competency Assurance Management System was developed and implemented and accepted by large companies including BGTT and BPTT.

Rabbia Khan

Director

MRS. RABBIA KHAN is a retired educator for over 35 years at the highly regarded St. Joseph’s Convent, San Fernando, secondary/high school; the very institution she attended as a student. She received her degree in History from The University of the West Indies (U.W.I.), at the Mona, Jamaica campus and later pursued her Diploma in Education at U.W.I. St. Augustine, Trinidad. Rabbia has always been involved in giving service to her Alma Mater  and her community.  She was a member of the 'Friends of the Needy' charity and is presently a member of the National Muslim Women's Organization of Trinidad &Tobago.  Rabbia was also President of Soroptimist International of San Fernando (April 2015 to April 2017); part of the well known International Women’s Service Organisation focused on inspiring women and girls to reach their full potential. Mrs. Khan is also a foundation member of the In-Corr-Tech Employees Charitable Foundation. Rabbia provides invaluable guidance on Corporate Social Responsibility and several HR matters.
