EXPERIENCE

• Three (3) years experience in Banking, including Commercial & Corporate Banking.
• Seven (7) years experience in various aspects of Equipment Maintenance; Equipment /Piping Inspections; NDT;  Welding Inspection, QA/QC,  Plant Inspection, Paint & Coating Inspection, Tank Inspection.
• Experience in Inspection of Plant and Equipment at:
• ALNG S/D 2005/6/7/8, Yara S/D 2004/5, PCS Nitrogen S/D 2003/4/6/7, Methanol Plants MI, MII. MIII, & MIV, S/D 2003/4/5/6/7, six (6) years experience in creep inspection,  failure analysis and years crane inspection.
• Development/Evaluation of Fitness For Service (FFS) and Risk Based Inspection (RBI) for equipment at British Gas Installations.

DUTIES INCLUDE          

• Plant Inspection, Welding Inspection, QA/QC, Training.
• Failure Analysis, Mechanical Inspections, Investigative Studies, RBI/FFS.
• Material Analysis
• Non-Destructive Testing; UT Flaw Detection; Eddy Current Inspection
• Metallurgical Preparation and Micro-structural Analysis
• Helium Mass Spectrometer Leak Detection
• Development of Commercial Proposals / Tenders etc.
